The integration of BHTC into the new AUO Mobility Solutions Corporation (AMSC) is progressing steadily. Together with the AUO’s Mobility Business Group, we are forming a unified organization that brings together our expertise, technologies, and global resources under one strategic structure.
A key part of this transformation is the gradual renaming of our global locations. Important milestones have already been achieved: our sites in India, Finland, and Germany have successfully completed their renaming – and these changes are already reflected on our website.
Over the coming months, additional locations will follow as BHTC transitions step by step into the new AMSC organization. For our customers, partners, and visitors, this marks a move toward greater clarity, stronger collaboration, and an even more integrated AUO Mobility Solutions network.
