Our goal is zero defects for our products and services. This goal is combined with our competence, innovation and global reach, in order to guarantee the satisfaction of all our customers and thus our long term competitiveness.
We pursue this goal with a highly qualified and motivated workforce and an uncompromising quality management system:
- It goes without saying that we comply with and implement internal and external quality standards, including international standards in all aspects of our business: Our quality management system is audited by
Bureau Veritas Certification and certified in accordance with ISO/TS 16949.
- We continually inspect and test our processes and products using advanced quality assurance procedures, such as FMEA, layered process audits, SPICE assessments and maturity level verification.
- The procedures we employ to perform and maintain continuous improvement processes, such as 8D or Six Sigma, make use of tried and tested tools, e.g. Pareto, Ishikawa and correlation diagrams.
The continuous improvement of our environmental
performance is part of our innovative development. We contribute
with various activities in different areas to the defined quality
and environmental policy goals. The individual improvement steps
are recorded in our environmental management system according to
