At BHTC, each product development is managed and completed as a project in order to maintain control of the increasing complexity of products, processes and markets. Our main concern at all times is to ensure the highest possible level of satisfaction for our customers.
The overall responsibility for a project is borne by the project manager: His job is to ensure that the complex technical, procedural, and quality requirements are compatible with corporate goals. The project team assigned to him deals with all aspects of the project, including technology, quality, deadlines and cost issues. In line with the principle of "one face to the customer", the project manager is the interface and reliable contact person in all dealings with the customer. This is our way of guaranteeing optimal project control.
In our Project Management Competence Center, we ensure that the knowledge and skills required in this field are consistently advanced and improved. This includes the assurance of international compliance with our standards, as well as targeted support and training of the project team.
