Product qualification for lifelong reliability.
Electronic components incorporated in vehicle climate control systems are subject to a large number of environmental influences in the course of their lifetime, which affect their performance, service life, quality and reliability. In our laboratories, with a highly qualified team of specialists and state-of-the-art testing facilities and procedures, we ensure that all the products we manufacture will withstand the expected loads and perform reliably.
Product qualification begins even before the product itself is complete. In working sessions during the early innovation and concept phase, innovative test procedures and strategies, that will allow us to qualify the final product, are prepared in consultation with our customers.
In the course of the development phase, information obtained in the tests is fed back into product development until the product maturity or optimization phase. When the product is finally in large-scale production, the supplier‘s parts and process parameters are regularly inspected and tested.
During the inspections and tests carried out by BHTC, the main concern is to deliver results that will ensure our products meet or exceed customer expectations. For this reason, we consistently implement a clearly defined process chain:
