The field of power electronics is a logical supplement to BHTC's successful development in climate control. In close cooperation with our system partner, we develop and produce innovative blower controllers and controllers for electric PTC auxiliary heaters.
Blower controllers are used to provide variable control of the blower motor and thus the air volume. In combination with the climate control system, they ensure that the air volume is optimally matched to the needs of the occupants in order to create the optimal level of climate comfort.
BHTC blower controllers are available as cycled or linear controllers, and provide variable and modular solutions with various power ratings, application-specific requirements, safety features and diagnostic capabilities to meet customer-specific needs.

Basic blower module
Our control units for electric PTC auxiliary heaters operate independently of the cooling water temperature and supply warm air for the vehicle occupants immediately after start-up. This represents a considerable gain in comfort, particularly when temperatures outside the vehicle are low. The rapid delivery of warm air keeps windows free of condensation and speeds up defrosting of the windows.
